Product Availability
All products offered are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. We will endeavour to identify any "out of stock" products on our website. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods that you offered to purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you first, however, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal or higher value or delivery the remaining items on your order.
Pricing, description and product information
The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on the website at the time you place your order (plus delivery charge). The prices quoted on Tsimsy Suzy website apply only to products sold via this website. All prices are shown in £ and include VAT where applicable. Please be aware that all measurements and sizes are approximate, we ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Also, the colors and appearance of our products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen, we are unable to guarantee that your monitor screen will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Order and order acceptance
On placing an order via the website, you will receive and Order Acknowledgement email. Our acceptance of your order is conditional o availability of the products you have ordered. Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified that we do not accept or cancelled your order. If any of the products you are ordered are unavailable, or should event occur beyond our reasonable control , we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. However, we shall notify you as soon as possible.
Event beyond and control
We will have no liability to you for any delay in deliverng goods you have ordered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transprot networks, acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commtion, riots, strikes, lockouts ad other industrial disputes, acts or restrainsts of Government, imposition of restrictions on imports or exports).
Payment
Payment can be made with valid credit, debit card and paypal. The address at which the card is registered must be the same as your billing address. No goods will be dispatched unitl credit/debit cards transactions have been authorised and payment received.
Delivery
Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland UK address. This excludes Southern Island, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). For speific delivery options for international order, please read our international delivery service.
For standard delivery service, a charge is £1.99 - £2.99 per item. All order must be made before 12:00 (noon). For order made after 12:00 (noon), the package will be posted on the next working day.
For express delivery service, a charge is £17.50. All order must be made before 12:00 (noon). For orders made after 12:00 (noon), the package will be posted on the next working day.

Cancellations and returns
We hope you are happy with any product purchased; however; you have the rights to cancel your order within 7 working days following receipt of your goods. But if you are not completely satisified wit your purchase, you may exchange or refund of your purchases within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in same condition as supplied to you. Please note that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back. Refunds and exchanges
Please note that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back and refunds will be made within 14 days to the same means of payment used for initial transaction which the original purchase, unless you have agreed otherwise. We will not refund products which have been opened, tampered with or have been consumed in whole or part. Please ensure the Products are returned insuitable packaging. We will make a deduction from the reimbursement of any items returned damaged if they are packaged suitably. We may make a deduction form the reimbursement of any loss in value of any products supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling.
Promotions and discounts
Promotions and promotion codes are subject to the terms and conditions specified Tsimsy Suzy at the point of purchase. Discounts codes will not apply to any existing offers and promotions.
